We get it…

transitions are hard.

Learning how to be independent is exciting yet overwhelming. The teenage, college, and early adulthood years are vulnerable times that require a special mental health approach with someone that gets you.

How can you achieve the life you have always wanted if what you want changes constantly? As we mature, our idea of self can change drastically and lead to instability in our mental health particularly with experiences that provide feedback that the world you are in is harsh, discouraging, or different from what you had imagined. We will work with you to identify strengths and optimize available tools to reach your fullest potential while simultaneously troubleshooting environmental stressors such as academic challenges, family conflict, and social difficulties. We will help you develop a treatment plan that focuses on self-realization and meaningfulness. By optimizing your mental health now you will equip yourself to navigate life (and all of the challenges to come) much more easily.

At Mental Wealth, we will help you become an active participant in your own treatment while simultaneously encouraging mobilization of healthy supports. By promoting agency and encouraging deep exploration, we hope to build self worth while also fostering hope.
