Your Patient Portal
Mental Wealth provides you with an online secure patient portal to help manage your care and improve your overall healthcare experience. Your patient portal can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from any device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) with an internet connection.
Mental Wealth utilizes a hipaa compliant patient portal to streamline communication between patient and provider. Questionnaires and superbills/invoices can also be accessed through the patient portal.
Upon booking your first appointment at Mental Wealth, you will receive an email inviting you to create a login to access the patient portal. You should familiarize yourself with the portal, review the practice policies, and complete the questionnaires within the portal prior to attending your first appointment.
